Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to book with Parkers House, we look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking, you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our Terms & Conditions of booking below.


The price quoted is on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

Hen/Stag Parties

We do not accomodate hen/stag parties and we reserve the right to cancel your booking, without refund, at any point during your stay if it found to be for this purpose.

Smoking / Vaping

Is not permitted in any part of the building, a fee of £100.00 will be charged to your bill should we find you have smoked inside the building. We also do not permit candles or naked flames due to safety reasons.


We have a strict anti drug policy within our property. This includes, but is not limited to, consuming and storing drugs. Any rooms found to be containing any evidence of drug taking will incur an immediate fine determined as appropriate by the owner.


Sorry, we do not allow pets unless they are service pets.


Children are welcome but we would ask that they are kept under reasonable control and are supervised by an adult at all times.

Cancellation & Insurance

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract. All bookings require payment atleast 3 days prior to arrival. Any remaining balance on the reservations will be taken automatically prior to check-in. Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice will recieve a full refund. If a cancellation is made 72 hours or less prior to the booking, any money paid is non-refundable. An unnotified no show will incur the full booking charge. These charges, only if applicable, will be charged to the credit/debit card used at the time of booking.


Non Availability of Accomodation

We would only cancel your booking if your accomodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would, however, attempt to find you alternative local accomodation. Our liability would not extend beyond this.



Your accomodation will be available to you from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accomodate you if you should arrive earlier than the agreed time.

You will be sent parking & breakfast details via e-mail a few days prior to check-in. You will then be sent door codes and directions to your room the evening prior to arrival. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and email address upon making your booking so we can contact you on the day of arrival. It is not the responsibility of the property to chase guests who do not supply valid information. We will, if possible, make an attempt to contact you prior to arrival. However, if the guest does not provide valid information, we cannot be held responsible for any delay in checking in.


There is a telephone number supplied on the B&B door that can be used until 9:30pm to assist with check-in.


Should you require check-in earlier than 3:00pm, we will need to be notified inadvance and a fee of £20.00 per room would be applied.


Late Arrival

As details will be sent via text message, you are able to arrive at your own leisure. There is no limit on what time you can check in, though we do advise to ensure that you have the check-in details to hand prior to arrival to ensure no problems or delays are encountered. The telephone number on the door is only active until 9:30pm.


Late Check Out

Should you require late check-out, we would need to be notified atleast 24 hours prior to booking. We may not always be able to cater to late check-out but where this is possible, a fee of £20.00 per room will apply.



Your room should be vacated no later than 10:30am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged. Any persons that are late vacating their rooms will have an automatic charge applied to the card used upon booking.


Damages & Breakages

Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible & liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accomodation or it's contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages but we will charge for repair or making good if the damage/breakage is significant.

We would request that no take out meals are eaten in the rooms. There will be crockery and waste disposal facilities available in the breakfast room for consumption of food. We have had a high number of guests ignore this request, and as a result, we have implemeted an automatic £70.00 charge if you are found to have hot food in your room. This is to prevent damage to our establishment.


We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, our employees or contracters while acting in the course of employment.

Privacy Policy

Any data collected during the course of the booking procedure will be stored temporarily until the satisfactory conclusion of your stay. No details will be shared with any third party.


The keys given to you on arrival will be the access to your room and building throughout your stay. You have full responsibility of these keys and any that are lost will be charged for at £15.00 per set.


By using our internet service, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the internet, whether the connection is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. Security issues include, without limitation, interception of transmissions, loss of data, and the introduction of viruses and other programs that can corrupt or damage your computer.

Accordingly, you agree that the owner and/or provider of this network is NOT liable for any interception or transmissions, computer worms or viruses, loss of data, file corruption, hacking or damage to your computer or other devices that result from the transmission or download of information or materials through the internet service provided.

Use of the wireless network is subject to the general restrictions outlined below.

If abnormal, illegal, or unauthorized behaviour is detected, including heavy consumption of bandwidth, the network provider reserves the right to permanently disconnect the offending device from the wireless network.
